Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Technology & Infrastructure Leader with expertise in enterprise infrastructure and AI/ML platforms. This role will drive strategic modernization of datacenters, cloud adoption, and AI/GenAI enablement while ensuring resilience, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide datacenter consolidation and modernization programs
• Define and execute target-state architecture for hybrid and cloud-ready platforms
• Establish transformation roadmaps across compute, storage, network, and security domains
• Drive infrastructure standardization to enable scalable and synchronized execution
• Design and deploy AI/ML and GenAI infrastructure platforms (GPU clusters, HPC environments)
• Optimize hardware and on-prem/cloud investments for AI workloads
• Partner with enterprise AI governance teams to accelerate AI adoption
• Drive large-scale cost optimization initiatives through vendor renegotiation and rationalization
• Lead multi-vendor engagements, RFPs, and contract optimization
• Optimize capacity planning and infrastructure utilization to reduce future spend
• Lead adoption of hybrid cloud architectures with automation and governance
• Enable seamless integration across on-prem and cloud environments
• Improve operational efficiency through process standardization and automation
• Partner with InfoSec teams to ensure secure transformation aligned with regulatory requirements
• Enhance security controls, governance frameworks, and audit readiness
• Align infrastructure capabilities with enterprise security policies
• Engage with CIO/CTO leadership, business units, and regulators
• Drive alignment across line of business, infrastructure, and engineering teams
• Present strategy, progress, and risks to executive committees
Qualifications:
Required:
• 20–25+ years in enterprise infrastructure and technology leadership
• Strong experience in banking / capital markets environments
• Expertise across: Enterprise infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, datacenters), AI/ML, HPC, and GenAI platforms, Hybrid cloud and large-scale modernization programs
• Proven track record in multi-billion-dollar transformation programs
• Strong experience in: Vendor management & commercial optimization, Budget ownership and cost transformation, Regulatory and audit engagements
• Executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Ability to lead large global teams and cross-functional programs
• Strong balance of technical depth and business acumen
• Strategic thinking with delivery-focused execution mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred:
• Hands-on understanding of low-latency trading infrastructure
• Experience with top-tier institutions (e.g., global banks, HPC/AI firms, telecom providers)
• Exposure to GPU platforms (A100/H100 class), AI infrastructure, and secure compute environments
• Prior consulting or transformation leadership roles
• Advanced certifications in cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies
