Overview

A global leader in energy-efficient technology and digital infrastructure is seeking a Regional IT Infrastructure Manager to support and scale enterprise infrastructure operations across the Americas.

This is a high-impact leadership role bridging executive IT strategy with hands-on technical execution across multi-site operations, manufacturing environments, and global infrastructure initiatives.


The Role

This position serves as the technical and operational backbone between senior leadership and regional IT teams, with a strong focus on execution, standardization, and growth.

  • ~60% Hands-On Technical Leadership / 40% Strategic
  • Oversight across 8+ sites with growth responsibility
  • Path to Director/VP-level leadership

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale regional infrastructure operations (cloud, data centers, networks, cybersecurity)
  • Drive standardization across multi-site and M&A environments
  • Support infrastructure planning for manufacturing sites, expansions, and new facilities
  • Oversee service desk, enterprise systems, and infrastructure performance
  • Manage budgeting, vendors, and project portfolios
  • Identify and mitigate both visible and hidden infrastructure risks
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, modernization, and transformation

Core Technical Scope
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure / AWS
  • Infrastructure: Compute, Storage, Virtualization, LAN/WAN/VPN
  • Enterprise Systems: SAP ERP, CRM, Manufacturing Systems
  • Cybersecurity: NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI frameworks
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
  • Infrastructure for plant operations and facility buildouts

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
  • 5+ years of IT Infrastructure leadership in multi-site or regional environments
  • Strong expertise in cloud, data centers, and enterprise infrastructure operations
  • Experience supporting manufacturing environments or industrial operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and own budgets
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interface with executive leadership

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with M&A integration and global standardization
  • Exposure to automation, AI-driven operations, or digital transformation
  • Certifications (PMP, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Azure, AWS)
  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin is a plus)
