The Opportunity
Join our team as a Product Management Manager (IC) driving the evolution of technology for global programs at Salesforce. You'll lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered tools, agent-based solutions, and enterprise-scale planning systems that serve our global sales organization.
What You Will Do
  • Own end-to-end programmatic follow-up tool for marketing engagement including roll out to Strategic Events
  • Incubate and scale AI tools for Programs & Strategic teams: gather best practices and co-develop infrastructure for Salesforce on Salesforce solutions on a Global scale
  • Lead agentic interface development: collaborate cross-functionally on shared Agentic functionality to identify business hot spots and areas of opportunity with a focus on Slack & Agentic layers of engagement
  • Maintain and enhance global programs tracking infrastructure
  • Provide expert-level support to global users across our portfolio of tools through tickets & office hours

What You Bring
Experience:
5 years of professional experience in Sales Strategy, Program or Product Management roles
Product Management Excellence
  • Drive product roadmaps: examples of delivering value add while balancing company strategic vision, user needs and technical capacity
  • Understanding of enterprise infrastructure: Data 360 (Data Cloud), Snowflake, Airflow
  • Salesforce business acumen: proven experience working with Sales data and processes

Leadership Skills
  • Build trust with diverse stakeholders in a global, matrix environment
  • Communicate effectively with executives and manage upward expectations
