Job description

Description
This role will establish global governance for all global media and marketing data, helping ELC to establish and sustain a strong data foundation to power our growth analytics practice. This role will establish critical process' across internal ELC teams and with external partners, harnessing global AI and agentic capabilities as part of a global change management program to deliver high quality data for different analytics use cases.
They will be responsible for leading a team of governance experts, to continuously enhance and improve process' and ensure global taxonomy is updated to reflect business priorities and industry shifts.
Definition of global media and marketing data standards
  • Define global taxonomy for all on & offline media in close partnership with global media agency and ELC media experts across markets.
  • Build global campaign and audience ID approach to allow ELC teams to track performance at the right level of granularity and consistently across markets.
  • Develop global ad account inventory to ensure total visibility of global digital media investments.
  • Gather requirements from ELC teams and growth analytics team, and articulate core data standards for global data providers (eg. Kantar).
  • Manage stakeholders in other functions to ensure alignment with global company master data, and feed requirements from marketing to evolve other data foundations.

Establish global process' and governance
  • Define global governance with media agency partner to ensure timely data delivery and quality.
  • Establish data standards community and capability program to promote strategic importance of data foundations and adoption globally.
  • Build out team of data stewards to support adoption of global standards, and support sustain activities.
  • Build out necessary data quality monitoring with growth analytics team and enforcement mechanisms to maintain data quality standards.

Automation AI governance tools
  • Work with global IT teams to identify governance tools to support ID creation (eg. Claravine) and manage taxonomy globally.
  • Work with global marketing teams to map global process to embed data governance and build out automation and agentic roadmap to enhance marketing process and increase efficiencies in ways of working.
  • Develop change management program to embed new capabilities and ensure adoption globally.

Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • 12 years experience that includes CRM, online or data analysis
  • Ability to present audience analysis in a compelling way, and to interpret data and recommend action on a variety of analyses
  • Able to understand consumer and business needs and translate into actions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently and concisely share ideas, objectives and results with key stakeholders, and collaborate with key stakeholders in brand and commercial team
  • Able to drive changes by influencing, inspiring, teaching, and collaborating
