The Global Events & Trade Shows Team designs and delivers high-impact experiences that elevate the brand, strengthen executive relationships, and support business growth worldwide. We partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to create strategic, results-driven programs that connect audiences to our story in meaningful ways.
Our scope includes global conferences, industry trade shows, executive meetings, customer forums, and leadership offsites. We lead end-to-end program management, from strategy and budgeting to creative development, logistics, vendor oversight, and flawless onsite execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence across regions.
With a strong focus on executive experience, brand integrity, and measurable outcomes, we translate business objectives into engaging moments that build trust, drive influence, and leave a lasting impression long after the event concludes.
What You Can Expect
Global Events Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events across 50 global office locations, including employee engagement activities, cultural celebrations, and leadership gatherings.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, policies, and guidelines to ensure equity and consistency in employee experience worldwide.
  • Collaborate with site leaders, country managers, and executive administrative staff to align events with Marvell's culture and values.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee logistics to deliver impactful and cost-effective events.
  • Create scalable processes, event toolkits, and communication plans to ensure consistent quality across geographies.

Executive Travel Coordination
  • Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for Marvell's executive travel program.
  • Arrange and manage all aspects of executive travel, including:
    • Ground transportation and airport transfers
    • Hotel reservations and travel amenities
    • VIP travel services for senior executives
  • Partner with security, executive assistants, and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless travel experiences.
  • Provide proactive itinerary management, anticipate executive needs, and respond to changes with agility.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to executive travel.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 5-10+ years in executive travel management, global event planning, luxury hospitality, or corporate concierge services.
  • Industry Background: Hospitality, hotel management, event services, or corporate travel strongly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
    • Executive-level communication, both written and verbal.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and service mindset.
    • Strong budget management and financial acumen.
  • Attributes: Professional presence, cultural sensitivity, flexibility, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Tools: Proficiency in travel management software, event planning tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
113,650 - 170,200, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
