The Senior Director, Global Events & Engagements is a newly created strategic and operational leadership role responsible for defining, scaling, and delivering a world-class global events function that drives measurable business impact. This role oversees the full lifecycle of internal and external events—including industry conferences/tradeshows, customer and executive programs (customer advisory board and sporting events), partner activations, and employee-focused experiences (Leadership Summit)—ensuring alignment with company objectives, brand positioning, and growth strategy.

As a senior leader, this role sets the vision for transforming events from execution-focused activities into an integrated, experience-led marketing and engagement capability that contributes directly to pipeline generation, relationship development, employee engagement, and business performance. • Performance optimization through clear measurement frameworks, including pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI, the role continuously evaluates event performance and optimizes the portfolio to maximize business impact and revenue contribution.
  • Responsible for the global events strategy, portfolio planning, and execution budget, including oversight of agencies, vendors, and enabling technologies required to deliver and scale world-class event experiences. Budget scope and investment levels to be defined in alignment with business priorities.
  • Define and oversee event strategy, messaging alignment, and framework across the global events portfolio, ensuring all programs consistently reflect the company’s value proposition, brand positioning, and commercial priorities.
