Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Events to lead our global events strategy and portfolio.
This role leads the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of Vialto's global events portfolio-from annual planning and budget management to executive stakeholder coordination and post-event performance analysis. You'll ensure our events consistently reflect our brand, support business priorities, and deliver meaningful experiences for clients, prospects, and internal audiences.
You'll partner closely with marketing, business stakeholders, agency partners, and freelance resources to deliver a cohesive, high-quality events program across regions and event formats. You'll oversee the operational delivery of the events portfolio, managing projects from concept through execution while collaborating with the Head of Global Creative & Events on overall strategy, major event decisions, and long-term program direction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Events strategy and management
  • Partner with the Head of Global Creative & Events to develop and execute the annual global events strategy aligned with marketing and business priorities.
  • Manage the global events calendar across flagship, regional, executive, and internal events.
  • Track spend and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define event objectives, themes, and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on event positioning, messaging, and experience design.
  • Guide the translation of brand and campaign concepts into compelling event experiences.

Agency, partner, and venue management
  • Manage agency partners and key vendors for event execution and production support.
  • Evaluate venues based on experience, location, scalability, and cost, ensuring alignment with event objectives and brand standards.
  • With support from our marketing technology team, oversee the event technology ecosystem and ensure tools (e.g., Cvent) support program goals, measurement, and attendee experience.

Event production and experience delivery
  • Assist with end-to-end event production from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
  • Develop detailed production timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and operational workflows.
  • Manage production agencies, AV partners, venue teams, catering, entertainment, transportation, registration, and other event vendors.
  • Oversee onsite event operations to ensure a seamless attendee experience and successful execution for key events.
  • Ensure all events meet Vialto's brand standards and deliver a consistent, high-quality attendee experience.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for event execution, engaging the Head of Global Creative & Events for strategic decisions or high-impact issues.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics across the events portfolio.
  • Deliver post-event insights and recommendations to leadership.

Event content, communications and stakeholder management
  • Lead the development and execution of event content strategies that align with business objectives, audience needs, and the overall event experience.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify session topics, shape agendas, and develop compelling event programming.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers and internal stakeholders, guiding them through content development, presentation timelines, and event deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end speaker experience, including briefing materials, presentation reviews, rehearsals, and onsite support.
  • Develop and maintain content production timelines, ensuring all presentations, session materials, and supporting assets are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Partner closely with creative, brand, digital, content, and campaign marketing teams to coordinate event communications and ensure a consistent attendee experience across invitations, registration journeys, event websites, onsite materials, presentation templates, mobile apps, and post-event follow-up.
  • Draft and manage event communications for speakers, attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Review and edit presentation content to ensure consistency with brand and editorial standards, messaging, and audience expectations while partnering with the Head of Global Creative & Events on overall event experience and creative direction.
  • Identify opportunities to create reusable event content and thought leadership assets that extend the value of events beyond the live experience.
  • Develop and manage sponsorship and partner engagement programs, including creating scalable pay-to-play sponsorship packages, defining sponsorship benefits, coordinating deliverables, and working with business stakeholders to maximize sponsor value and event revenue opportunities

Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or related fields
  • Experience leading multi-event portfolios across regions and audience types
  • Strong executive stakeholder management experience in a matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and make strategic investment decisions Excellent communication skills, including hands-on content creation across event websites, email campaigns, and conference materials
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors
  • Experience in professional services, B2B, or global organizations
  • Experience with flagship and executive-level events
  • Familiarity with event performance measurement and ROI frameworks

  • This is a regular full-time position.

  • Compensation: $145-155K. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
