Job description

smartdept. is searching for a Global Events Manager for a healthcare technology client located in Broomfield, CO. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is an ongoing contract opportunity.
This role supports the planning and execution of global events across trade shows, conferences, and corporate initiatives within a healthcare technology environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Plan, manage, and execute global events including trade shows, conferences, and corporate meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics across multiple regions
  • Oversee on-site event management and post-event reporting
  • Support brand presence and messaging consistency across all events

What You'll Need:
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience managing global or international events
  • Experience with healthcare, technology, or B2B environments a plus
