Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers, represent client brands, and contribute to business growth through relationship-building and consultative sales strategies.
- Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Schedule:Â Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales within a designated territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations
- Represent client brands professionally and effectively
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor with a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Compensation/Benefits
Compensation is performance-driven and varies based on individual results, experience, and advancement within the company. Team members typically earn between $800 and $1,500+ per week. Commissions typically range from $100–$500 per order, and team members average 4–6 orders per week, depending on performance and market conditions.
