Job description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lincolnton, NC. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent growth potential for the right candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Minimize equipment downtime through timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and follow all company safety procedures.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues effectively.


Qualifications

  • Previous machine maintenance experience is required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of LiSEC, Glaston, and Ashton glass-processing equipment is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are essential.
