Job description

Crystal Glass & Mirror Corp, a Brooklyn-based glass manufacturer serving the NYC market since 2004, is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
With in-house fabrication capabilities, premium Italian equipment (Denver, Bovone, Bottero, Cefla, and more), and an established B2C and B2B client base, this is a sales-focused role with clear earning potential and long-term career growth.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales of custom glass and mirror products to both B2C and B2B clients, work our established customer database, and develop new business through targeted outbound outreach.
Top performers transition into our Glass Partition Sales Executive role, where ticket sizes and commissions are significantly higher.
Responsibilities
  • Sell custom glass and mirror products to B2C clients (mirrors, table tops, shower glass, back-painted glass, and cut-to-size products)
  • Develop and grow B2B accounts (glass companies, furniture manufacturers, cabinet shops, contractors, and interior designers)
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate new business
  • Lead client interactions in the Brooklyn showroom for glass partitions - a gateway to transitioning into the Glass Partition Sales Executive role
  • Work our established database of thousands of past and current customers
  • Prepare quotes, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals
  • Build deep product knowledge - glass types, thicknesses, edge treatments, tempering, lamination, and our in-house fabrication capabilities
  • Track all client interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot)

Requirements
  • Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) - required
  • Sales Drive: Strong interest in sales and earning growth;
  • Comfortable with outbound calls
  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience: Previous experience in glass, construction, furniture, or interior design is a plus but not required
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong desire to master a technical product and grow into a senior sales role
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Professionalism: Organized, detail-oriented, presentable

Benefits
Compensation:
  • Base: $30/hour ($62,400 annually)
  • Bonus for Show Room Appointments - monthly, approximately $750
  • Commission structure:
    • 5% on deals with new clients you bring in (outbound outreach)
    • 2% on inbound leads and existing database sales
  • No commission cap
  • Realistic Year 1 OTE: $95,000-$130,000
  • Promotion opportunity to Glass Partition Sales Executive (Year 2): $62,400 base + 7-10% commission, OTE $130,000-$180,000
