Job description

**MUST BE 21 TO APPLY**

We are hiring for 2 positions(Flex & Regular FedEx Drivers), please chose which one you would like to do.

Drivers will be operating out of the Alliance Terminal and will be making deliveries in Argyle and surrounding areas.

Flex Route FedEx Driver (Drive your own car)

Pay: $115/day + $10/day for Gas
Details:
You’ll be delivering packages using your own vehicle
Package pick-ups are made directly from FedEx terminal.
Available Part Time or Full Time.
Requirements:

  • Must have your own vehicle (2013 or newer) in excellent condition (Registration in Your Name)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have one of the following - Passport or Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass a background check AND a Drug Test
  • Reliable smartphone for routing and communication

Ideal For:
• Rideshare or gig drivers looking for consistent pay
• Self-starters who enjoy working independently
• Anyone looking to supplement their income with a solid side hustle

Regular Route FedEx Driver (Drive our Step Vans)

**CDL NOT REQUIRED, if you do have a CDL it MUST be Interstate**

Will start at $145-170 a DAY and will increase with Performance!! PAID WEEKLY!!
Previous experience is a plus but is not required!

  • Safely and responsibly operating company vehicles, such as vans or trucks, to pick up and deliver various items.
  • Following established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.
  • Inspecting and maintaining the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
  • Adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
  • Keeping accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
  • Must have one of the following - Passport or Social Security Card or Birth Certificate


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages (0-150 lbs.) with the aid of dollies.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary with additional pay.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
