Gustav's is a long standing establishment serving up delicious scratch made German cuisine. NW Hospitality Group is a Chef owned local company took over the historical location and last of it's kind, restaurant, in July of 2023. We are looking for a strong team member to work one of this most important stations in a busy restaurant, the dishwashing station!
As a Dishwasher, you play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting the team behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where your work makes a real difference every shift.

  • Stay Organized: Keep the dish area tidy and fully stocked with clean items.
  • Maintain Safety: Follow sanitation procedures and help create a clean, safe work environment for everyone.

  • No Experience? No Problem: We'll train you - all you need is a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet, lifting up to 60 lbs., and staying active in a hot, fast-paced kitchen.
