This role will be remote, offering flexibility while maintaining productivity and connection. As part of our team, you'll participate in virtual staff meetings and collaborate with colleagues through digital platforms, using technology to enhance communication and case management. We ensure a minimal paperwork environment, allowing you to focus primarily on client care rather than administrative tasks.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess tailored treatment programs for clients facing acute or chronic mental health challenges.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy through Telehealth to accommodate the unique needs of our clients.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments, prepare detailed treatment plans, and maintain ongoing confidential records in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
• Engage actively in team discussions to refine treatment strategies, share insights, and align efforts across the department.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients, particularly senior adults, in navigating life's complexities and improving their overall mental wellness.
• Research community resources and refer clients as needed to ensure they have access to comprehensive support.
• Carry out case management duties for several clients simultaneously, maintaining a well-organized approach to meet their individual needs effectively.

Our clients primarily consist of seniors who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues due to the unique challenges that come with aging. This requires a counselor who is adept at understanding the nuanced emotional and psychological hurdles faced by this demographic. You will play a significant role in enhancing their quality of life through tailored therapy and support.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC is mandatory, as our clinic cannot accept candidates with an associate license for billing purposes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, to maintain documentation and communicate efficiently.
• Ability to self-manage your schedule while working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse caseload.

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not required, as we provide support to help you grow in this area.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and case management software is an advantage.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
