Job description

SALARY: $22.1493 Hourly
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Currently a Certified Police Officer in the State of Michigan, or able to be certified, having successfully completed MCOLES training.
JOB SUMMARY: Performs professional police duties while providing security at the Genesee County courts
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
  • Arrests individuals with outstanding warrants;
  • Arrests individuals who are remanded during a court proceeding;
  • Provide security at the entrance to the court, as well as within the courtroom while court is in session;
  • Prepares and completes reports as directed.
