Staff Physician
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - (MD/DO)
Location: Norwich, CT (Medical Department)
Generations Family Health Center, Inc. is a regional community health center covering a thirty seven town rural region in eastern Connecticut with sites located in Willimantic, Danielson, Norwich and Putnam. Our dedicated staff provides a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach. In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School Based Health Centers.

Staff Physician Role: Provide comprehensive primary care, from physical exams to patient education and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or board eligible
  • Eligibility for licensure in the state of Connecticut
  • Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses

Compensation: Base salary starting at $225,000+ (compensatory salary based on experience)
Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment)
