Overview

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is currently hiring a full-time Dispatcher to join our team in Pflugerville, TX. 

The Dispatcher coordinates haul drivers and water trucks, ensuring efficient transport of heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites. This role supports daily operations through scheduling, compliance, and clear communication with field teams and drivers.

Lowboy Driver operates specialized heavy-duty trucks with lowboy RGN (Removable Gooseneck) trailers to transport oversized, overweight, or heavy machinery. They are primarily responsible for the safe loading, securing, and timely delivery of equipment to construction sites. 


Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and coordinate haul drivers and water trucks
  • Schedule daily operations with Superintendents and field teams
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, weight limits, and permit requirements
  • Monitor driver activity, logs, and GPS tracking through Samsara
  • Track equipment locations and jobsite needs
  • Communicate with vendors, drivers, and field teams to ensure timely deliveries and operations

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of dispatch experience in construction or trucking
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment, hauling, and water truck operations
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations, permits, weights, and compliance
  • Experience with Samsara, driver logs, or similar systems preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
