Job description

ImpactLife has an exciting internship opportunity in our Human Resources department.  As a Human Resources Intern, you will be able to further your HR knowledge and gain working experience as a HR professional.  

 In this role, you will be assigned HR Generalist duties

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Assist with employee benefit enrollment
  • Work within our HRIS system
  • Complete designated HR projects

 

What you need to bring:

  • Must be enrolled in high school or college with applicable field of study, specifically with a HR focus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required


This position offers an opportunity to gain hands on experience with a dedicated team that is recognized as a leader in the blood center industry. 

 

This is a part time position with flexible hours to work around class schedule. Position to start at beginning of Fall semester or sooner if desired and continue through Spring semester.
