HR Generalist Intern
Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and sourcing candidates.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration:

  • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in processing HR documents such as contracts, policies, and performance reviews.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR activities align with labor laws and company policies.
Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
  • Contribute ideas for employee development programs.
HR Projects:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
