Job Title: General Utility Associate
Location: Florence KY 41042 
Work Schedule: Day shift 2-2-3 schedule, from 7:45 am  - 8:00 pm
Pay Rate: USD 19.00 per hour
Contract Type: TTH
Job Description:
The General Utility Associate helps the facility in several ways. They support production lines by ensuring materials are available, completing paperwork, maintaining housekeeping, and assisting with quality checks. This role also ensures shipments are staged, loaded, and labeled correctly for timely and accurate outgoing products.
Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with plant staff to provide a safe work environment
  • Start and operate mixer/production line
  • Empty production line into pallets for WIP or finished goods
  • Keep count of inventory produced during shift
  • Track actual downtime and causes
  • Ensure proper packaging materials are used for product type
  • Build pallets to keep up with product output
  • Unload/load trucks and stage products in correct locations
  • Periodically inspect for quality issues (visual or with tools)
  • Keep the work area clean using 6S process
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • General work experience in manufacturing or similar preferred
