We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering 50+ hours per week, onsite safety training, and opportunities for advancement. If you enjoy hands-on work and are reliable, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Type:
  • Full-Time.
  • Overtime Available (50+ hours per week).

Responsibilities:
  • Sort, inspect, and organize materials.
  • Load, unload, and move materials as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift (team lifting required for heavier items).
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and wet environments.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, recycling, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work 50+ hours per week.
