Job description

General Labor Worker – Warehouse
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Workers to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to ensure products are properly assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately
  • Load materials into equipment or assemble items into kits or display boxes
  • Remove finished products from equipment and stack or pack items into boxes
  • Prepare cartons for shipping and apply labels to boxes as required
  • Complete skid labels, packaging tickets, and other required documentation
  • Assemble materials into bundles according to specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team members to meet daily production goals
Work Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts (may include days, nights, weekends, or overtime as needed)
Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed
  • Frequent standing, bending, and manual handling of products
