Schedule Options
Day Shift:  Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM - 4-Day Workweek
Weekend Shift:  Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM - 3-Day Workweek + 11% Shift Differential

Van-Am Tool & Engineering is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in General Labor positions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a production environment, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow.

General Labor team members support a variety of manufacturing operations and may assist with assembly, material handling, packaging, machine operation, and other production activities. Depending on your skills and experience, you may have opportunities to train in additional areas and advance into more skilled manufacturing positions.

What You Will Do
  • Operate production equipment and machinery as trained and authorized.
  • Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and established production processes.
  • Inspect work and materials for basic quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
  • Work as part of a team to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
  • Learn new equipment, processes, and job responsibilities as assigned.
