This is a physically active role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a willingness to learn new skills every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Assist the sewer underground team with sewer repair and replacement projects

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and personal accountability
  • Ability to follow directions and work safely around equipment and excavation sites
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
