What are General Labor Hands?

General Labor Hands are workers who perform a variety of physical tasks on job sites, such as construction, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities. Their duties often include cleaning and preparing work areas, loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. These positions typically require manual labor, the ability to follow instructions, and sometimes basic tools operation. General Labor Hands play an essential role in keeping projects moving efficiently by handling foundational and support tasks.
