General Labor
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F
Location: Hammond, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Laborer for our industry-leading client in the refractories manufacturing sector to start immediately at $20.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor tasks supporting precast refractory operations and production
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety standards
  • Support skilled tradespeople and crew with installation and maintenance tasks
  • Operate basic hand and power tools as directed

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in general labor, construction, or industrial environments preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive work ethic
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Skills
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety equipment
  • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus (not required)
