Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Springfield, MA (projects throughout the region)
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + comprehensive benefits

A well-established and highly respected General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is known for delivering high-quality commercial and institutional projects and offers a strong pipeline of work, a collaborative culture, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution strategy

  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project success

  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to keep timelines and budgets on track
