Location: Yorkton, Saskatchewan
Contract Length: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $29.00 – $34.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: 21 Days On / 10 Days Off Rotation

Mobilization & Demobilization: Fully Covered

TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring 15 Commercial Superintendents for a long-term commercial restoration and reconstruction project in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Job Responsibilities
You may be responsible for:
· Supervising and leading crews of 8–10 employees.
· Coordinating daily field operations for commercial restoration and reconstruction projects.
· Planning project schedules and overseeing subcontractors and job crews.
· Ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
· Conducting daily safety meetings and promoting a safe work environment.
· Monitoring project progress and resolving issues efficiently.
· Completing project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
· Maintaining strong communication with project managers and project stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For
· Previous experience as a Commercial Superintendent, Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or similar construction leadership role.
· Proven ability to supervise and motivate crews of 8–10 employees.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently in remote project locations.
· Commercial construction, restoration, or general contracting experience is preferred.

Requirements
· Must have your own steel-toe boots.
· Must be comfortable working a 21 days on / 10 days off rotation.
· Must be willing to travel and stay on-site for project rotations.
· Candidates do not need to be local. Applicants from anywhere in Canada are encouraged to apply.
· Selected candidates will complete a first-round interview with TRG Staffing Solutions, followed by a second interview with the hiring company.

Work Environment
· Work will take place on First Nations Reserves.
· Respect, empathy, and cultural sensitivity are essential for success in this role.
· Free-roaming dogs may be present on the reserves. Candidates should be comfortable working in this environment.
· The position involves working in remote project locations and staying on-site during scheduled rotations.
