The General Laborer will be responsible for supporting many operations of Sunterra Horticulture and perform various required duties as assigned.

This is a 40-hour a week position; weekend work may be required. This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Production Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety
  • Ensure all company procedures are being followed
  • At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others
  • Work extra hours as required to keep production running
  • Additional duties as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
