Summary

Looking for a Project Manager who's spent real time on apartment communities, 3+ stories, ground-up, and knows what it takes to run a $15M-$50M project start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Owning the project from bid and award through pre-construction, construction, and close-out
  • Managing budgets, schedules, subs, and the day to day chaos of a live multifamily site
  • Coordinating directly with architects, designers, owners, and field teams
  • Running regular status meetings and keeping the whole team honest on progress
  • Managing subcontracts, change orders, buyouts, and the paper trail that comes with it
  • Catching the stuff that turns into disputes and claims before it gets there
  • Putting together status reports for ownership and investors

Qualifications

  • Documented experience as a Project Manager on apartment projects, 3+ stories
  • Comfortable running budgets in the $15M to $50M range
  • Solid grip on multifamily construction methods and the quality bar that comes with it
  • Can work independently but still plays well with a team
  • Know your way around residential codes and standards
  • Can build and adjust a schedule without someone holding your hand

Requirements

  • MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, ProCore preferred
