What You'll Be Working On You'll play a key role in delivering ground-up commercial construction projects, including: Luxury Retail Class A Office High-End Restaurants Mixed-Use Commercial Developments Hospitality Projects Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance.

Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Drive quality control and maintain strong client relationships throughout construction. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
