Due to sustained growth, they are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join their Melbourne team, leading the successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while driving excellence in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction.

As a Senior Project Manager, key responsibilities include:


  • Lead all phases of project delivery including preconstruction, budgeting, execution, and turnover
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously ($10M–$75M+)
  • Oversee project teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, and cost controls
  • Drive project profitability through forecasting, reporting, and change management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and field teams
  • Review and approve schedules, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company procedures
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to support team development and career growth


You will ideally have:


  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Track record delivering complex ground-up projects valued at $10M–$75M+
  • Experience in Multifamily, Hospitality or Industrial construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and construction operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related construction software
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
