Visible Construction Corp, a rapidly growing full-service construction firm with expertise in general contracting and design-build, is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Commerical General Contractor and Developer seeking a candidate to join our Team in the Project Management and Accounting Department.

Position relates to experience and capabilities with: quickbooks, MS office, GAP, A/R, A/P, chart of accounts, AIA pay apps, lien waivers, supplier docs, procore. Experience with construction and real estate projects is ideal.

The Accountant performs professional level accounting work in the maintenance and review of fiscal records.

The position requires considerable knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting functions. This individual is responsible for the general ledger, job cost, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, accounts receiveable and accounts payable. Additional responsibilities include performing monthly closings, maintenance of accounting files, and preparation/organization of various financial forms, reports, and financial analyses, etc. This individual may be asked to assist with ad-hoc projects and general office support tasks when necessary.
