Building Maintenance Technician
Join a respected facilities operations team supporting a well-maintained commercial property in downtown Boston. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for long-term stability and a strong team environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
* Troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
* Inspect the property for safety hazards and ensure compliance with company safety standards
* Coordinate with outside contractors and maintain accurate maintenance logs, tools, and inventory records
Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of building maintenance or related facilities maintenance experience
* Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems
* Ability to independently diagnose issues and complete repairs using hand and power tools
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy equipment as needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
