Stauer is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location. Remote Position.
Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • 1-2 years' customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
  • Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
  • Good Typing and Speaking Skills. Inbound Call Center.
  • Familiar with Outlook
  • Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
  • Must be able to provide customer experience that promotes repeat business.
  • Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
