Job Description:
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Customer Fulfillment Analyst that assists with maintaining Inventory Plans to support company and customer expectations within acceptable inventory targets.

Scope
This position will encompass all Home Depot domestic orders and operational collaboration needed to support company sales while meeting service level targets. The Customer Fulfillment Team works closely with multiple associates across business functions to ensure expectations are clearly defined, including:
  • Sales managers, supply planning, and demand planners to capture best collaborative forecast.
  • Customers to align retail sales expectations, assist with the efficiency of outbound domestic shipments, and address opportunities.
  • Distribution to ensure orders are shipping timely and promotional event expectations are communicated. Sales & inventory alignment is critical with Distribution capacity planning.

Primary Responsibilities
The Sr. Customer Fulfillment Analyst leads the domestic order processing and customer collaboration efforts to align order fulfillment with the customer operations expectations.
  • Manage all Domestic Orders to the Home Depot
  • Drive to 98% In Stocks at Home Depot
  • Manage PO discrepancies, creation, and implementation in SAP.
  • Monitor domestic shipments and sales to the Home Depot.
  • Collaborate with The Home Depot Special Event Team, Sales and Distribution on promotional execution.
  • Process inbound deliveries in SAP
  • Collaborate with Distribution to clear receiving discrepancies.
  • Maintain reports critical to business function, including Out of Stocks, Cycle Time, and service level performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years industry related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must. Strong attention to detail required.
  • Effective project management skills and team leadership skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrate statistical, analytical, and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to develop and manage metrics that drive performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast paced, high energy team.
  • Ability to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines.
  • SAP &/or Logility Experience a plus.
