Job description

About Gema Products

Gema Products is a globally recognized partner in sourcing, developing, producing, and selling high-quality consumer products. With over a decade of industry experience, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted resource for retailers and distributors worldwide.

We don’t just move product—we build it thoughtfully. Our team works closely with suppliers to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and innovation, all while staying competitive on price. At our core, we’re committed to creating products that genuinely improve everyday life—and to building long-term partnerships that last.

The Role

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a sales professional who knows how to win in big box retail.

If you’ve spent the last few years selling into major retailers in Toys, Arts & Crafts, or Stationery, you already understand the challenges: crowded shelves, repetitive pitches, and slow-moving playbooks.

We’re not interested in doing things the same way.

We’re looking for someone who understands buyers, margins, product development, and—most importantly—how to move units.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow relationships with key big box retail accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product development and assortment strategy
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close new business with a focus on volume and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and open new channels
  • Stay ahead of category trends and bring fresh, actionable ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • 3–5 years of experience selling into major big box retailers
  • Background in Toys, Arts & Crafts, or Stationery categories
  • Proven ability to manage buyer relationships and drive sell-through
  • Strong understanding of margins, pricing, and product lifecycle
  • Comfortable owning a book of business and being accountable for results

Who You Are

  • Commercially sharp—you understand what sells and why
  • Proactive and hungry—you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Confident challenging the status quo
  • Someone who wants a seat at the table, not a number in a large org

What You’ll Get

  • A company that’s already winning and continuing to grow
  • High-quality, competitively priced products that actually move
  • Real influence on strategy and product direction
  • Visibility and impact—your work matters here

If you feel like you’ve outgrown your current seat, this is worth a conversation.

Base salary $90,000- $130,000 based on experience.
