GEMA Products is a fast-growing consumer products company specializing in Home, Organization, Craft, Stationery, and Lifestyle products. We partner with many of the nation's largest retailers to develop innovative products from concept through production.

We're looking for an organized, energetic, and adaptable Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build a career in the consumer products industry.

Position Overview

As our Sales & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales, Product Development, Design, and Operations teams. From preparing samples and supporting buyer meetings to managing social media and keeping projects organized, you'll help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.

Sales & Customer Support

·      Attend buyer meetings, take notes, document action items, and assist with follow-up.

·      Prepare, receive, and organize customer samples and product inventory.

·      Assist with customer sample requests and meeting preparation.

·      Gather CADs, product images, and supporting materials for presentations and seasonal selling decks.

·      Print and organize purchase orders and sales documents.

·      Support eCommerce initiatives, including working with SellCord.

·      Assist with Shopify product setup and maintenance.

Product & Project Coordination

·      Verify artwork matches quoted product descriptions and specifications.

·      Match factory billings with internal records.

·      Maintain project trackers, organizational charts, and internal documentation.

·      Build and maintain product, artwork, and request libraries.

·      Maintain and update the art tracker to help monitor project status and designer workloads.

·      Coordinate artwork requests and communicate updates between Sales, Product Development, and Design teams.


Marketing & Social Media


·      Manage GEMA's social media platforms.

·      Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.

·      Capture photos and videos of new products, showroom displays, trade shows, and company events.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to highlight new product launches and company initiatives.

·      Help grow GEMA's online presence through creative and consistent content.


Showroom & Office Operations

·      Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure it is always customer-ready.

·      Organize sample inventory and storage.

·      Restock kitchen and office supplies.

·      Support general office operations as needed.


Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree preferred.

·      1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, marketing, or customer support role.

·      Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·      Experience with Shopify or social media platforms is a plus.

·      Experience in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce is a plus.
