Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist (General) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:30 | 40 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
  • Weekend Protocol: Every other weekend requirement (09:00 – 21:00 / 9AM – 9PM).
  • On-Call Protocol: On-call coverage required on alternating weekends.
  • Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract (Start Date: 08/31/2026)
  • Orientation: 40 Hours (Non-billable)- Paid.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2 years of recent General Ultrasound experience in an acute care or outpatient setting. Community hospital and Level 1 Trauma experience preferred.
  • Clinical Skills Scope: Demonstrated technical competency in General Abdominal, OB/GYN (1st–3rd trimester, fetal survey), Small Parts, Renal/Pelvic, and basic Vascular (Carotid, extremity arterial) diagnostic imaging protocols.
  • EMR & Equipment Mandate [HARDSTOP]: Direct proficiency charting in Epic EMR and operating GE Ultrasound platforms.
  • Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) credential in General/Abdomen or OB/GYN.
    • Active California State Certification / License (if required for state scope of practice).
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
