Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound Tech experience required.
  • ARDMS certification required (must hold ARDMS in at least one specialty category).
  • BLS certification required.
  • Community Hospital experience required.
  • Experience performing:
    • General Ultrasound (Abdominal Aorta, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Spleen, Appendix)
    • OB/GYN Ultrasound (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimester, Fetal Anatomical Surveys)
    • Renal/Pelvic Studies (Bladder, Ovaries, Prostate, Uterus, Vaginal Exams)
    • Small Parts Imaging (Breast, Thyroid, Testicles/Scrotum, Superficial Masses)
    • Vascular Ultrasound (Carotid, Arterial and Venous Doppler Studies, Renal Artery Duplex)
    • Ultrasound-Guided Procedures including Biopsies, Fine Needle Aspirations, Paracentesis, and Thoracentesis
  • Experience with PACS required.
  • Preferred certifications:
    • RVT
    • ARRT(R)
  • Preferred experience with GE ultrasound equipment.
  • Outpatient and Emergency Department ultrasound experience preferred.
