A leading and rapidly expanding third-party medical imaging service provider is seeking a highly experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in MRI and CT equipment to join their team. Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years of hands-on field service experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, service, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on MRI and CT imaging systems
  • Diagnose complex issues and perform repairs across multiple hospital and clinical sites
  • Document service activities per company quality standards
  • Perform scheduled calibration and verification of system specifications
  • Maintain, manage, and secure company-issued tools and assets
  • Serve as a technical liaison between the company and customer contacts
  • Submit timely, detailed field service reports
  • Participate in training to maintain and enhance technical knowledge

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Some college or technical degree preferred
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in field service roles, ideally in medical imaging
  • Strong working knowledge of GE, Siemens, or Philips MRI/CT systems
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working on-site at multiple customer facilities
  • Proficient in service documentation and use of diagnostic tools

Schedule & Travel

  • Work Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, regular business hours
  • Travel: Regular travel within a 4-hour driving radius; occasional overnight stays and air travel required
