The GE HealthCare Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program (QRLP) is the premier development program for individuals seeking a career in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program provides exposure across the GE HealthCare business and consists of three 8-month business critical assignments within the Quality & Regulatory organization.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
QRLPs will have a wide range of assignment selections such as: Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Surveillance, Complaint Handling, Production & Process Controls, Corrective & Preventative Action, Design Controls, Product Quality, QMS Compliance, and/or Global Audit. Each assignment is designed to both expose you to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives as well as the role that Quality and Regulatory Affairs play in achieving the business' objectives.
In addition to meaningful & impactful rotations, the Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program includes teambuilding, mentoring, career development opportunities, and more. The Quality and Regulatory Leadership Program provides you with exceptional experiences and accelerates your career.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Graduate degree required (Target graduation date between December 2026-May 2027)

  • Target majors include Engineering, Science, Biology, Clinical Research, Health Policy/Law Health Product Regulation, Regulatory Science/Affairs, Quality Assurance or related field

  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0

  • Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) throughout the 2 years of rotations

Desired Characteristics:
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience

  • Commitment to and passion for quality compliance, product quality and patient safety

  • Academic excellence, business acumen, leadership ability, global mindset and able to operate across cultures

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
