Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • The Product Engineer supports the F404 and F414 Engine Assembly manufacturing processes, production readiness and ramp preparedness.
  • Ensure expectations on safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met.
  • Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
  • Address product non-conformances, MRB & PR, repairs, and design change requests.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy .
  • Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering experience),
  • Additional 3 years of Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering experience

Desired Characteristics
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or a highly regulated production environment.
  • Strong manufacturing engineering background with demonstrated ability to support assembly operations, resolve technical issues, and drive production readiness.
  • Technically strong with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience influencing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and supporting execution against safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to remove roadblocks, address manufacturing challenges, and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced production environment.
  • FLIGHT DECK capable with experience applying lean principles, standard work, daily management, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong technical judgment, communication skills, and ability to present information clearly to team members and senior leaders.
  • Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Good understanding of business drivers and how team contributions integrate with broader manufacturing and operational goals.
  • Humble, transparent, focused, and eager to learn.

The base pay range for this position is $100,050.00 - 133,400.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on June 22, 2026.
