Location: Perkasie, PA Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Turbine Engine Overhaul Mechanic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in aviation maintenance. You will receive on-the-job training from experienced technicians while assisting with the disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of turbine engines and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in disassembling and reassembling turbine engines and engine components
  • Clean and prepare parts for inspection and overhaul
  • Learn to follow FAA and OEM guidelines for airworthiness
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Document work performed using shop records or digital systems
  • Operate hand tools and basic machinery in a safe manner
  • Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Support senior mechanics and inspectors as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn aviation industry standards and safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
