Shepherd's Gate is seeking a talented Residential Coordinator to join our Livermore team full-time. This position pays $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

Job Description:
As a Residential Coordinator, you will support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program. You will demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community. You will ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines. You will help the women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability. You will foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal and professional boundaries.
Essential Job Duties:
The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Residential Coordinator in Livermore, you must be able to:
  • Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance by encouraging and praying with women, children, staff, and volunteers
  • Ability to supervise and hold the residents accountable for their program goals and assigned tasks
  • Ability to appropriately accept feedback through the supervision process, thus displaying the willingness to learn, grow, and improve
  • Responsible for adherence to standards, procedures, documentation, and schedules established by their supervisor
  • Responsible for attending scheduled meetings and training as required
  • Drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided)
  • Ability to support the ministry's culture, growth, and success through communication, accountability, and positivity
  • Adherence to Mandated Reporter policy and procedures

Minimum Requirements:
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
