Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion & Textile Associate Designer located in Manhattan, NY. The Fashion & Textile Associate Designer will assist the design team in creating and developing new product designs. Key responsibilities include researching industry trends, participating in design reviews, and managing design calendars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry, preferably as a design assistant or associate designer
  • Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into marketable products
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of textiles and fabrics, including dyeing, printing, and finishing processes
