Location: DALLAS, TX. ( DFW AIRPORT TO LOVE FIELD AIRPORT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives: UP TO $75K

About the Role

RECRUITING PLUS LLC's CLIENTS are seeking experienced, motivated Restaurant Operations Managers to oversee restaurant operations across both full-service and fast-food environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams, improve operational performance, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Assistant Managers, and restaurant teams.
  • Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
  • Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and other key performance metrics.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct restaurant visits, performance reviews, and operational assessments.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve underperforming locations.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety requirements.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or multi-unit operations experience required.
  • Experience in full-service restaurants, fast food, or both strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop management teams.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor management, food costs, and operational controls.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-service and hospitality mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Willingness to travel between restaurant locations, if required.
