The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hencraft in Buffalo, New York, our newest quick service concept. In this high-energy, fast-paced environment, you will lead day-to-day operations with a strong, hands-on presence in both the front and back of house. This role is highly guest-facing, requiring an engaging leader who is visible on the floor, actively interacting with guests, driving service standards, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience from order to delivery.   You will play a key role in leading peak service periods, supporting team members on the line and at the counter as needed, and maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality in every interaction. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $62,354 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
