Restaurant General Manager

Location:Litchfield IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000 – $75.000 per year (based on experience)
Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, bonuses, employee discounts

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our fast-paced fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, control costs, and drive sales while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Manage employee schedules and labor costs
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and control food costs
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Lead team meetings and motivate staff to achieve performance goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
