Utv Technical Expert

Bad Boy Mowers, headquartered in Batesville, Arkansas, is a leading manufacturer of high-performance "zero-turn" radius (ZTR) residential and commercial lawn mowers. Established in 2002, we have rapidly grown to become the fastest-growing ZTR mower manufacturer in the U.S. In addition to mowers, we also offer compact and subcompact tractors, UTVs, and a range of electric and gas hand tools. Our team is as tough and dedicated as the equipment we create.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled UTV Technical Expert to join our team. In this role, you will support dealers and customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues with our Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). Your expertise will ensure our UTVs operate at peak performance. You will handle customer calls, provide technical support, and offer preventative maintenance and repair guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosed and troubleshot issues with UTVs and related equipment.
  • Provide guidance on preventative maintenance and repairs for UTVs, ATVs, SxS, and various mechanical systems. Experience with HiSun products preferred.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork promptly and accurately.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing UTVs, ATVs, SxS, and related equipment.
  • Strong background in preventative maintenance for hydraulic systems, generators, mowers, chainsaws, garden tillers, and compressor pumps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training preferred.
